WFH ( Work From Home) content is the most humorous in the lock down’s clutter panic content.
Before QUARANTINE.
Looking around for a while, the clock beeps @5.00 am in the morning and there starts our routine work.
Suddenly, I came to a Novel disease called “CORONA” which rescheduled all our habits.
DAY-1 of the lockdown was quite interesting to come out of the routine and enjoy the day.
DAYS PASSED……HABITS FOLLOWED
Though lockdown created a new ambiance to stay at home only with family. But WORK? MONEY?
Here comes “WFH”.
Covid-19 lockdown is been dragging for longer days it creates many insights and implications out of that. Initially, WFH was a critical task. Later by all the virtual teaching models.WFH itself became more interesting than before.
According to the current survey by GIPSI.
A surge in “ONLINE SEARCHES & INTERESTS”
• 40% increase in Whats app usage
• 31% Increase in interest for Online Meetings on Google Trends
• 4% Increase in searches related to online banking
• 32% Increase in Online Grocery
Implications:
• The forced learning has created a newly created module to “WORK FROM HOME”.
• Coming to the major part of WFH is Social Distancing, which is the major issue to be noticed during this pandemic period.
• Random hangout meeting that is the heavenly feeling during WFH.
WFH Impacts according to the latest survey:
• 78% Jump in WFH searches from March
• Interest in Online meeting apps searches during the lockdown
• Conversation increased around online meeting apps
Though WFH can make life easier at the beginning, it can actually be determined by the employee’s mental health.
