Human being is a social being thus he needs to interact with people. Every individual should have experienced in one way or other way how to work in a group or a team from his childhood schooling to wherever he is earning his livelihood . But unfortunately not every group succeeds in its goals however we can avoid this failure by exercising a team work and work as a team not as a group. When these small things coincide success knocks your door.

- T is for Talent, E is for Enthusiasm, A is for Accountability, M is for Management, W is for Work-able,O is for openness, R is for Respect, K is for Keenness
- T is for Talent: Talent means a person’s knowledge which can be explicitly be learned from some useful handbooks .However implicit knowledge can be acquired through experience and practice.
- E is for Enthusiasm: Team members must also be passionate and must seek responsibility towards the work they are doing and also should set an example for his other colleagues to work.
- A is for Accountability: Every employee is accountable not only to his team but to all his other colleagues. As we are not responsible for ourselves but it is also everyone’s responsibility to keep others informed.
- M is for Management: Every employee must know his competency and what their peers can do best so it is the responsibility of every team members that he manages himself and harness the strength of all employees.
- W is for Work-able: It means adaptability skills , all employees must be ready for a change and how to react on it .
- O is for Openness: Each and every team members should be open to new ideas and suggestions and should have capability to understand people .
- R is for Respect: employees should respect each other so that he can expect a respect in return and during brainstorming every one must be able to raise his opinions without any hard feelings.
- K is for Keenness: Keenness is the final key while working as a team as it is the intensity and it pushes us to move on until we are finally done.
