Our Indian team captain Mahendra singh Dhoni who is called captian cool who stands away from the crowd with his ability, leadership and consistency has set an example of a great Leader with an exceptional quality. A person who has started his career from wicket- keeper to captainship has set an inspiration for many youngsters. Many corporate lessons can be learned from our former captain. Here I have listed certain qualities of MS Dhoni .

Staying cool: 

 If Dhoni has to described in one word it would be his cool nature even during the crucial game of cricket. He ensured that the situation never got to him, so every leader needs to be calm during stress to guide the ship during storm. Managing stress during high  pressure is the key to success and achieving  the goal.

Adaptability

He is a versatile player and can adapt any situation like wicket keeping, bowling, batting and maintains a check on his emotions even during victory or defeat. Adaptability is the key term for long term success in the corporate world.

Risk Taking

Good leaders take risk during tough times just like Dhoni who did a tricky chase in the finals of 2011 ODI World cup. Here it showcases what great leaders do, as he took a risk and lead the team to glory.

Leaders trust their team members to enable them to reach the heights. A fantastic example we can remember when joginder singh was asked to bowl during the final over of T20 world cup this trust among the team members India to won the match.
