The current pandemic has forced the organization to redesign their business models in order to survive in a rapidly changing world. This shift has changed the traditional role of Hr to adapt to new formats like employee management, performance and evaluation including integration with existing employees and challenges in retaining and attracting the right talent in the organization.

Know your organization

In the current trend HR Managers  must understand the risk and opportunities in terms of the industry and to have a panoramic view to track industry trends such as recruitment, training and skill development with latest development to improve the organization.

Authority and Responsibility

The role of the Hr is to bridge the gap between upper management and the employees for this they must take the authority and responsibility in areas like hiring, competency management and to adopt employees for a change in the culture.

Building Confidence

   HR has to build a confidence not only among the employees but also with the stake holders like state authorities, trade unions, and local community for building trust , Hr must also see that personal goals are associated with organizational objectives.

Hr Policies

Due to pandemic the work from Home concept has come into existence due to which the HR policies which have designed a decade ago has to be  redesigned as per the change in work force and workplace culture.

HR leaders are the real transformers in business and economy at large for building this they have to build a framework to leap into the future business.
