LEADERSHIP STABILITY IN CHILD WELFARE

LEADERSHIP STABILITY IN CHILD WELFARE

Ms.K.Sindhuja-Assistant Professor Department of MBA , SANSAC

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.” – John C. Maxwell

Families are the essential constructing block of our species. Regardless in their length or composition, our own circle of relatives need to be wherein we belong, wherein we will exhale and launch our complete selves. In any own circle of relatives, we realize we are able to enjoy loss, and we count on to bury our elders. While those deaths are sad, we realize such loss is the character of life. But while our households bury a infant or lose a cherished one abruptly, we enjoy a completely unique type of grief. We war to make experience of the loss; it leaves a touch much less folks to offer to the world.

Families are center to the paintings of any infant welfare or infant offerings organization. Yet those groups additionally feature as “households” – households that undergo excessive stories below extraordinarily hard circumstances. That consists of mind-numbing bureaucratic processes, backbreaking reminders once they make a mistake or fall out of compliance, and the soul-crushing enjoy of witnessing a number of the worst matters humans are successful of.

There is a few debate whether or not a few youngsters are “born leaders” or they “learn how to be” leaders. All youngsters have the capability to increase management abilities. Leadership improvement may be a lifelong process. As adults, we will train the abilities essential for youngsters to tackle management roles now and within side the future.

Teaching children how to be a leader at a young age will help children deal with peer pressure in the teenage years. Being a leader is not an exact science, but teaching children the skills needed to be leaders are important to help prepare the next generation to take the lead and become responsible adults.

Families should  pave a way to the young mind to bring out the Leadership quality amomg child which is much needed for the welfare of the child.

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” – John Quincy Adams

It has even been dubbed as a next evolution of the internet.  Facebook has invested $10 billion to build Metaverse computing platform.  Facebook cofounder Mark Zuckerberg has said “Metaverse is a major area of investment for us and an important part of our strategy going forward. Our goal is to help the metaverse reach a billion people and hundreds of billions of dollars of digital commence this decade,”

The major drawback of this technology is it will reduce human to human real time interaction.

DELAYS IN LITIGATIONS: REASONS AND SOLUTIONS

DELAYS IN LITIGATIONS: REASONS AND SOLUTIONS

Sethuram.S ,Professor, Department of MBA, SANSAC

Often, one comes across statements from the Courts and Government that there are several thousand cases that are pending in the Courts. One wonders why such delays are happening.

While there are many causes for such delays, one of the reasons is there are fewer Courts when compared to the huge population of our country. There are many litigants filing cases every day. Because of inadequate number of Courts, cases get piled up in the existing Courts. The Government needs to address this problem by establishing more number of Courts.

Another cause is that, the delay in filling up of judicial vacancies. There are many vacancies in various Courts and Tribunals across India. As a result there is delay in deciding the cases. There are adequate number of suitable lawyers in our country who can be appointed as judges. The Government needs to solve this issue, by promptly filling up the vacancies in the Court.

The litigants are also a reason for such delays. For example, in disputes between a landlord and tenant, the tenant will try to prolong the litigation by seeking adjournments. Similarly, in a debt recovery suit filed by the Bank, the debtor will try to delay the proceedings by seeking time citing various reasons. The litigants have to behave as responsible citizens and should cooperate for early adjudication of disputes.

There are also few Lawyers, who seek unnecessary adjournments of the cases due to various reasons. In this way, such Lawyers are also responsible for the delay in deciding of cases. They need to be adequately trained and advised not to seek unnecessary adjournments. Lawyers should also avoid court boycotts / strikes. Being the most important stake holders, they need to cooperate with the courts, in arriving at early resolution of disputes.

The Judges also have to be strict while granting time to the litigants and should make adjournments only when it is absolutely necessary. This will pave way for speedy disposal of cases.

The Courts in India, particularly lower judiciary lacks adequate infrastructure. The lower courts needs to be fully digitalized. Enough buildings are to be constructed. Adequate court staff need to be appointed. More number of courts are to be established. Only then, pending litigations at the lower courts can be reduced. Though this involves expenses to the Government, considering the importance of the subject, the Government should allocate funds and carry out the works promptly in the infrastructure front.

The general public and the businesses, should avoid filing unnecessary cases. They can resort to alternate dispute resolution like Arbitration and Mediation. In this way, they can get the disputes sorted out quickly and also there will be less burden on the courts.

Thus by the contributions and cooperation between the bar, bench, litigants and the government, speedy justice can be rendered and the large number of pending cases can be disposed.

EDGE COMPUTING

EDGE COMPUTING

  • Dr.K.THIRUGNANASAMBANTHAN, Asst.Professor, Department of MBA, SANKARA COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND COMMERCE

According to Gartner “Edge computing is a part of a distributed computing topology in which information processing is located close to the edge where things and people produce or consume that information”.  Edge computing is a distributed computing framework that transports enterprise applications closer to data sources such as IoT devices or local edge servers. This closeness to data at its source can deliver strong business benefits: faster insights, enriched response times and better bandwidth availability.

Edge computing is changing the way data is being processed and delivered across the world.  This network technology is used by 5G Technology on Robotics, Self-driving cars, Artificial Intelligence and others.

The biggest benefit for a company which uses Edge computing will be faster processing of data, it saves manpower and time.  Normally data from cctv cameras are sent to cloud servers where motion detection system is applied to monitor all places where motion is detected, with the availability of edge computing cctc camera can use motion detection system in internal computer and only filtered videos will be forwarded to cloud so it saves bandwidth and removes latency.

Edge computing saves lot of money since cloud and more bandwidth usage cost more, this technology reduces usage of more data. The benefits of Edge computing are Speed, Security, Scalability, Versatility, Reliability etc.  Edge Computing is the next generation technology.

EHR is one the way to share the patient data secured way.

Optimizing tele-health needs

Telemedicine is one the solution for the current situation as it does emphasis the direct patient doctor relationship. Many hospitals can setup their own tele consultation facilities to promote remote care. This is also a great way to bring the elderly care also wiping out the concept of family doctor.

Early detection and early diagnosis

CRYPTOCURRENCY AS AN ASSET CLASS

CRYPTOCURRENCY AS AN ASSET CLASS

Dr. S. Thilak, Assistant Professor, Department of MBA, Sankara College of Science and Commerce

Cryptocurrency is proving to be one of the biggest disruptions to traditional finance, only held back by its current high market volatility. Despite being speculative and lacking global backing, these digital coins are fast gaining popularity because of the support some of these are getting from billionaire tycoons such as Elon Musk, Jack Dorsey and Michael Novogratz. Some have also been skeptical about their success, such as Warren Buffet and Ken Griffin. Yet, there is no denying that more people are getting drawn towards crypto coins than ever before.

While the crypto market has taken some beating in recent months, experts believe the market will bounce back due to the increasing interest of people. They also feel this could be a good time for those planning to put their money in the digital currency market. There are demands to classify Bitcoin as an asset class in India.

If you intend to invest in cryptocurrency, follow the steps listed below.

1. Find A Crypto Exchange

The first thing you need to do to become a crypto investor is choosing an exchange for trading. Since cryptocurrencies are not regulated in India, anyone can start an exchange. So do a detailed background check on the core team behind the exchange. Some of the popular exchanges in India are WazirX, CoinDCX, and CoinSwitch Kuber.

2. Create An Account

Once you finalise an exchange, sign up to open an account. The platform may require to verify the identity, depending on its policies and the amount you plan to invest. They have to submit documentary proofs. This is intended to prevent fraud.

3. Deposit Money

To buy crypto, buyer need funds in your account. You can do that by linking your crypto account with your bank account and depositing money via a wire transfer by using a debit/credit card. There could be a waiting period before you can start trading with the money.

4. Make Your First Purchase

Once you are ready to invest, you will need to pick a crypto coin. There are hundreds of cryptocurrencies, with the popular ones being Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin, among others. You can invest in any of them or in several of them at a time. Many of these coins are known on the exchange also by their symbol. For example, Bitcoin is known as BTC, Ethereum by ETH, and Dogecoin as DOGE.

5. Storage Method

Crypto exchanges face the risk of being hacked and, currently, lack insurance protections. You can also lose your money if you forget or lose the codes to access your account. So, it’s important to have a secure storage place for your digital coins.

Before You Buy Bitcoin

There are several things that every aspiring Bitcoin investor needs. A cryptocurrency exchange account, personal identification documents if you are using a Know Your Customer (KYC) platform, a secure connection to the Internet, and a method of payment. It is also recommended that you have your own personal wallet outside of the exchange account. Valid methods of payment using this path include bank accounts, debit cards, and credit cards. It is also possible to get Bitcoin at specialized ATMs and via P2P exchanges. However, be aware that Bitcoin ATMs have increasingly required government-issued IDs as of early 2020.

Privacy and security are important issues for Bitcoin investors. Even though there are no physical bitcoins, it is usually a bad idea to brag about large holdings. Anyone who gains the private key to a public address on the Bitcoin blockchain can authorize transactions. Private keys should be kept secret; criminals may attempt to steal them if they learn of large holdings. Be aware that anyone can see the balance of a public address that you use. That makes it a good idea to keep significant investments at public addresses that are not directly connected to ones that are used for transactions.

Anyone can view a history of transactions made on the blockchain even you. And though transactions are publicly recorded on the blockchain, identifying user information is not. On the Bitcoin blockchain, only a user’s public key appears next to a transaction, making transactions confidential but not anonymous. Bitcoin transactions are more transparent and traceable than cash, but the cryptocurrency can also be used anonymously.
